The wanted to remove the old existing equipment and install an all new system complete with control panel. Room temperature -20 degrees( holding room)
The room was being changed from a blast freezer to a holding freezer after a new on site blast freezer was installed. The room now is being used to hold pre frozen product to go into the hand finishing department.
