Styal Primary School wanted to upgrade from gas to Air conditioning to heat some of their classrooms.

We were contacted by the Styal Primary school to provide a cost effective heating system which would replace their propane heating system which was being used.
We completed an in depth site survey and proposed using a central cassette unit per room and along with a wall u nit to service the entrance area.
The units have a S.E.E.R , E.E.R energy label 7.60 , 4.20 A++ providing a maximum duty of 8k per room.
Timer operation
The units are programmed to run at 7am and shut down at 5pm - 5 days a week. This also has a set back temperature to ensure protection during the lower ambient conditions.
Propane
The 47kg bottles cost around £87.00+VAT and required replacing every week with multiple bottles on site as shown in the image.
We opted for cassette type systems added centrally to the room to creat even heat and cooling distribution.
Equipment
The systems are easy to maintain with regular filter cleaning with an annual deep clean recommended given the heavy use in the classrooms.
Warranty
A 5 year parts warranty which gives peace of mind.
Feed back
The feedback has been extremely positive especially during the recent cold weather and will be monitored.
Helping the school switch to a more energy efficient way of heating the classrooms during these colder winter months whilst also providing cooling comfort during the warmer months.
